Hi Sarah,Dear Mr. Brown,
I'm following up on my email of October 6 regarding ... -
Could you please send ...? -
by Friday, October 16, so that we can ...
If you need more time, please let me know.
Thank you,Best regards,
Just a quick reminder that ... / I wanted to follow up on ... / I'm not sure if my previous email reached you, so I'm resending it below. |
I'm writing again regarding ... / We haven't yet received ... / Could you please send it by ...? |
This is a final reminder regarding ... / We need to receive ... no later than ... / If we don't hear from you by ..., we will ... |
段階3の we will ...
Reminder: Feedback on the Q4 proposal by October 14Follow-up: Signed contract due October 16Second reminder: Invoice #INV-1024 (due October 5)Action required: Please submit your expense report by October 16Final reminder: Monthly sales report for September
Friday, October 16
by 5:00 p.m.
no later than October
Subject: Follow-up: Your feedback on the draft proposal
Hi Sarah,
I hope you're doing well.
I'm following up on my email of October 6 about the draft proposal for the Osaka project. I wanted to make sure it didn't get buried in your inbox.
Could you let me know your feedback by Wednesday, October 14? We need to finalize the document before the client meeting on October 19.
If you need more time, or if someone else on your team should review it, please let me know.
Thank you,
Kenji
Subject: Second reminder: Feedback on the draft proposal by October 14
Hi Sarah,
I'm writing again regarding the draft proposal I sent on October 6. I haven't received your feedback yet, and the client meeting is coming up on October 19.
Could you please send your comments by Wednesday, October 14? Even brief comments on the pricing section would help us move forward.
If you're unable to review it this week, please let me know so that I can adjust the schedule.
Best regards,
Kenji
2回目では、範囲を絞って Even brief comments on ...
Subject: Reminder: Monthly sales report due Friday, October 16
Hi Tom,
This is a quick reminder that the monthly sales report for September is due on Friday, October 16.
Please upload the Excel file to the shared folder (Sales > 2026 > September) and reply to this email once it's done.
Let me know if you have any questions about the format.
Thanks,
Yuki
Subject: Follow-up: September sales report (due October 16)
Hi Tom,
I'm following up on the monthly sales report for September, which was due on October 16. I haven't been able to find it in the shared folder yet.
Could you please submit it by 12:00 p.m. JST on Tuesday, October 20? I need to include the figures in the quarterly summary that afternoon.
If something is holding it up, please let me know and we can figure out a way forward.
Thanks,
Yuki
I haven't been able to find it
Subject: Reminder: Invoice #INV-1024 - payment due October 5
Dear Accounts Payable Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
According to our records, payment for Invoice #INV-1024, dated September 5, 2026, in the amount of USD 3,200.00, was due on October 5, 2026. We have not yet been able to confirm receipt of this payment.
If the payment has already been made, please disregard this message. In that case, we would appreciate it if you could share the payment date and reference number so that we can match it on our side.
If not, could you please arrange payment by Friday, October 16, 2026? A copy of the invoice is attached for your reference.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Akiko Sato

Subject: Final reminder: Invoice #INV-1024 (overdue since October 5)
Dear Mr. Brown,
I'm writing regarding Invoice #INV-1024 for USD 3,200.00, which was due on October 5, 2026. We sent reminders on October 7 and October 16, but we have not yet received payment or a reply.
Please arrange payment no later than Friday, October 30, 2026, or let us know by that date if there is an issue with the invoice.
If there is a problem we're not aware of, such as a discrepancy in the amount or a missing document, we'd be glad to help resolve it.
Sincerely,
Akiko Sato
|---|---|---|
As I mentioned before, / As per my last email, |
I'm following up on my email of October 6. |
You haven't sent ... / You failed to ... |
We haven't yet received ... |
URGENT!!!
I'm sorry to bother you を重ねる |
Thank you for your help.
Please confirm. Could you confirm whether you received the file?
I know you're busy, but ... I appreciate your help with this.
Thank you in advance.やThanks for your help.
